A YCN competition entry to create a brand identity and trailer for the 20th Century Fox prequel 'Rise of the Apes'. The film is explains how the advancement of genetic engineering rapidly evolved apes to the point where they were strong and organised enough to overthrow the human race as the dominatory species.
This genetic experimentation is the focal to the brand, from the subtle syringe running vertically through the logo up to the change of colour of the whole advertising campaign to show the change to the DNA and blood, whilst also representing the spread in the trailer- which in turn spells out the films strap line.
